List of green buildings in Serbia on Green Building Council's website

Serbia Green Building Council has published on its website (www.serbiagbc.org) a list of green projects that are in various phases of implementation on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Currently, the list includes nine projects in five locations, three of which are in New Belgrade, one is in Dedinje in Belgrade, and one is in Indjija.

These projects are: the building of Usce shopping center, the new headquarters of Banca Intesa and the headquarters of Societe Generale Bank in New Belgrade, the new building of the U.S. Embassy in Dedinje, and the Technology Park in the industrial zone of Indjija.

- These are the projects that have just entered the certification process because Serbia officially still does not have a green building that has confirmed its characteristics in the right way, that is, by receiving a LEED certificate - Serbia Green Building Council Chairman Marija Golubovic explains.

The "List of Green Buildings in Serbia" includes only the buildings that meet some of the international green standards or those that have started the certification process on the basis of one of these standards.

The list of green buildings in Serbia can be seen on the website of Serbia Green Building Council - http://serbiagbc.org/lista-zelenih-zgrada-u-srbiji/.
