Studio Arhitekton from Vrnjacka Banja was in charge of the preparation of the urban project, which was up for public presentation from February 17.
Said location is in Jug Bogdanova Street, and the construction of outpatient clinics is planned in the central part of the Health Center “Studenica”, where the parking lot is located at the moment.
The total area of the parcel is 35,669 m2, whereas the planned gross developed area of the new facility is 4,271.80 m2.
The facility is designed so as to be situated next to the existing facility, which currently features the radiology section, and on the northwest side, next to the existing tunnel (beneath the existing parking lot), which currently connects the polyclinic, the internal medicine hospital and the surgical unit. A heated corridor is established in the basement of the new facility and the existing tunnel. The new facility has a heated corridor in the basement and on the ground floor to the radiology section, the polyclinic and the surgical unit.
Accommodation of inpatients is not planned in the facility.
Of the features, the basement level will have an MR device, workshops, warehouses and a wardrobe for the staff.
