The first phase of construction of the residential-business complex REH in Kragujevac will be finished until July 31, people at the namesake company told eKapija. In the vicinity of the city center, at 28 Kosovska street, a complex comprising four residential-business buildings will be built, two of which in the first phase, while the other two should be constructed in 2012.

- Independently placed buildings are at the level of the ground floor connected by walking trails, which turn into a common free area with various contents. Tenants of this complex will have playgrounds for kids, greenery, coffee shops and resting area at the their disposal - said the people at the company REH.

As they explained, buildings have a reinforced concrete structure, allowing for the form of garage without pillars or constructive obstacles. Full water-resistance of the garage floor and a fire protection system with a sprinkler system and especially designed fire protection doors guarantee the safety of tenants.

- The building meets energy efficiency standards of the first category with thermal insulated floors and facade. Carefully selected carpentry, made of "alufussion" profiles of the renowned German manufacturer KBE with thermal glasses, provides the best thermal and sound insulation for full comfort - said the people at REH.
