The immovable property of the company Wellbury Wind Energy from Novi Sad in bankruptcy, which consists of agricultural land, has been put up for sale.
As emphasized in the ad documentation, the most important property of the bankruptcy debtor consists of 11 parcels of agricultural land of a total area of 22 ha 41 a 20 m2 in the cadaster municipality of Bavaniste I. Said location, as mentioned, is very favorable in terms of microclimate for the construction of wind farms.
The estimated value of the advertised land is RSD 35 million.
The final deadline for the submission of bids is January 16, 2023, at 11 AM, and the public opening of the bids will be held on the same date 15 minutes upon the expiration of the bid submission deadline.
