Agro-Mil from Pojate Selling Motel, Farms and Animal Feed Factory with Silos – Total Initial Price Around RSD 362 Million

The company Agro-Mil from Pojate has advertised the sale of property grouped in 6 units and consisting of a motel, poultry farms in Cicevac, Novo Selo, Markovac, Aleksinac, Varvarin and an animal feed factory in Varvarin at a total initial price of around RSD 362 million.

According to the ad documentation, the first property lot consists of Motel Rubin in Pojate, which features a hospitality facility, an auxiliary building, construction land and movable property in the form of construction materials.

The initial price for the motel which is located along the Belgrade-Nis highway is RSD 37,572,305.

The poultry farm in Cicevac is offered at an initial price of RSD 20,500,044, whereas the poultry farm in Novo Selo, with the accompanying fattening facilities and construction land, is offered at an initial price slightly higher than RSD 58 million.

An initial price of RSD 68,215,924 is cited for the poultry farm in Markovac, according to the ad documentation.

The property lot no. 5, consisting of the farm in Aleksinac, with the management building and 12 halls, is offered at an initial price of RSD 78,370,038.

The initial price for the pig farm and the animal feed factory in Varvarin, together with the food silos, is RSD 99,626,159.

The public bidding is scheduled for September 27, at 11 AM.
