Vozdovac gets new shopping center in December - Pasino Brdo at 6,500 square meters for shopping and resting

A door of another shopping center will open for the citizens of Belgrade on December 16. Pasino Brdo shopping center at a total of 6,500 square meters is a new place for shopping in densely populated part of the city - in the borough of Vozdovac. In addition to a broad assortment of goods, its other characteristics are: easy access, comfortable parking lot, as well as a spacious area in front of the center, which is planned to be used for various activities.

The financier of this "neighborhood center" is Belgrade-based Novi Dom, while the construction works are entrusted to Eki Investment.

By its size and number of tenants, Pasino Brdo is a shopping center of local type. The primary target group will be the population in the northern part of the borough of Vozdovac, that is, the people who live 5 to 10 minutes of driving away from the location. The basic idea of the investor is to satisfy the daily and weekly needs of people by offering them a broad assortment of goods.

The center comprises 30 outlets at a total of 4,910 square meters. As eKapija learned from the people at Colliers International, which is the exclusive lease agent for these outlets, of total surface, Roda supermarket will occupy 1,590 square meters.

In addition to fashion and sport stores, there will also be stores for kids, technical appliances stores, drugstores, furniture and interior furnishing showroom, restaurants and coffee shops, etc. Among the famous companies that will be at the service of customers are Zlatarna Celje, Swarovski, etc.

The area in front of the main entrance will be used during the whole year, which will contribute to a cheerful atmosphere before the center. For example, in spring and summer, that area will be turned into a playground for kids, with a coffee shop and ice cream booths, and it will be turned into a skating rink in winter.

Although it is situated in a busy location, Pasino Brdo has an excellent access for automobiles from Gospodara Vucica Street. Its availability is even higher thank to the vicinity of South Boulevard and Vojislava Ilica Street, as well as E75 highway (Belgrade – Nis). Also, there are numerous bus lines going past the center.
