Graditelj offers several buildings and lots in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro

Due to a reduced scope of work, Graditelj, the company that provides representation services for the manufacturers of building machines and equipment in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, has offered investors its free capacities.

As Zdravko Jokic, the President of Graditelj, explained for eKapija, the offer includes facilities in Novi Sad, Belgrade, Banja Luka, Podgorica, Sarajevo and Cacak.

- We have about 1,000 square meters of office space and 2,300 sqm of workshop space in Novi Sad. The land in Belgrade near Vrcin on the highway occupies the surface of 7,500 sqm, 860 sqm of which are occupied by a facility that comprises a showroom, a workshop and offices. We have a lot at 11,000 sqm in Cacak, near Livada motel, where we planned to have a facility built. There is a facility at 1,600 sqm on a lot at 5,000 square meters in Banja Luka, as well as a lot at 4,100 sqm next to the Sarajevo airport. A lot at 3,200 square meters on the Podgorica-Petrovac road is also in our possession - said Zdravko Jokic.

The offered properties are intended for commercial facilities - offices, warehouses, production or service units.
