Italian design, quality construction, western standards of comfort and natural materials are only some of the characteristics of business-residential facility Casa di Gloria, which was opened last night in Vracar. Those who want every day to be part of the urban spirit of the metropole will soon move to the building at the corner of Knjeginja Zorka Street and Makenzijeva Street, in which Italian company Edil Italian invested 8.5 million euros.
Seven-floor building Casa di Gloria comprises 30 apartments ranging in size from 50 to 200 square meters. What is interesting is that the apartments of very similar size offer different spatial solutions in accordance with personal affinities. The offer includes the units with different number of bedrooms, an "open space" living room, as well as with the option of the closed glass balcony that enables tenants to enjoy the night setting of Belgrade.
- We wanted to create your corner of Italy in Belgrade, the one redolent of style, elegance and hedonism. We have chosen one of the most prestigious locations, with which we instantly fell in love, to reconcile the irreconcilable – the urban tempo of Belgrade's asphalt under the umbrella of calmness of the biggest Orthodox symbol of faith, peace and spirituality - said Adriano Menegazzo, a partner at Edil Italiana.
The architectural solution was authored by Italian designers, while the construction works were carried out by Alpine.
According to people at CB Richard Ellis, the exclusive agent of Edil Italiana, the building still has available apartments and office space.
Characteristics of Casa di Gloria
The building has a reception desk, 24-hour security and professional maintenance, which additionally increases the quality of life and business.
The apartments have aesthetically shaped armored security doors made by leading Italian manufacturer Barausse and covered by oak veneer. All doors in the apartments are made by this manufacturer, while the aluminum-wood windows with aluminum blinds powered by electric motor are made by world's leading manufacturer Alumil.
The apartments have Lagnopan oak flooring and ceramic tiles made by Italian manufacturer Caesar in kitchens and bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with top-quality imported sanitary facilities made by Flaminia, Palazzani batteries, Ariston boilers, standard and hydro-massage baths or shower cabins made by Hoesch.
Casa di Gloria also has a contemporary central heating and cooling system, which makes it possible for temperature to be set differently in each of the premises. There are calorimeters in front of each apartment and they are used to control the heating energy consumption. The building has its own substation, diesel power generator and transformer station. Fan-coil devices of renowned manufacturer Olimpia Splendid, Hitema chillers, and state-of-the-art thermal and sound insulation enable the full control of micro-climate.
The ground floor and the first floor are conceived as a retail-office space with high gallery, which facilitates an ideal blend of residence and business. Over 900 square meters of a modernly designed office space, with a high standard of processing by the "plug&play" principle, meet all the standards of contemporary business and require no additional costs of reorganization.
All outlets are directly facing the busy crossroads of the central city arteries - Makenzijeva Street and Kneginje Zorke Street, which provides an excellent visibility and direct access from the street.
In addition to organizing the premiere presentation of the facility, the new neighbors in Vracar also wanted to make their first contacts with the local community in a receptive and human way. That is why they organized an auction of children's works of art in association with the borough of Vracar and one of the oldest primary schools in this borough - Sveti Sava. The income from the sold works is intended for this school, which will, thanks to this idea and cooperation, equip and furnish the space for education or leisure time.
