The company Good Properties
plans to build a new residential-office facility in Vojvodjanska Street in New Belgrade.
The construction parcel has access by two traffic routes to Vojvodjanska Street, from the southeast side and Pere Segedinca Street, on the northwest side of the parcel. The parcel is nearly rectangular and located on a flat ground.
A residential-office building, with a basement and six floors (including the ground floor and the loft), is to be built on the construction parcel. Construction in phases is not planned.
The garage has a capacity of 65 parking spaces, 62 of which are designed as a Wohr Parklift 450 (360-210) system, whereas three parking spaces have the proscribed dimensions for people with disabilities.
