The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia has praised the agreement on the joint purchase of BIP, signed by DL Holding from Hamburg, Germany, and Auto Cacak.
– The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia welcomes the signing of the agreement on the joint purchase of Beogradska Industrija Piva (BIP) out of bankruptcy and the arrival of another foreign investor to our country – says the announcement made by the CCIS.
The agreement on the joint purchase of BIP for RSD 2.09 billion was signed by representatives of Auto Cacak as part of a consortium with DL Holding.
DL Holding points out that they are very satisfied that they are entering the Serbian market:
– We are looking forward to our first investment in Serbia together with local partner Auto Cacak. Our partner will further develop BIP locations in Krnjaca and Cacak, whereas DL Holding, with its experience and investments, will help make the location in Mostarska Petlja in Belgrade center the most modern business park in Europe – the company points out.
They added that, parallel with that process, they would also do everything to reaffirm the BIP brands.
DL Holding, headquartered in Hamburg, was founded in 1994. It invests in various fields throughout Europe.
