Copy linkAqua Park in Arandjelovac - New amusement and recreational facilities in the complex "Source"
In order to provide further enjoyment to visitors of the hotel-tourist center "Source" in Arandjelovac, and to all those who wish to try water attractions, "Alco Group" plans to open in 2011 an aqua park within the complex in Bukulja.
Leisure and entertainment in the Sumadija based water park, valuable EUR 4 million, will be reserved for about 2,000 visitors a day.
- Aqua Park will be spread on over 4 acres in the hotel-tourist complex "Source." Water area will occupy 1,000 m2, park will have a children's pool and a swimming pool for adults with 8 slides. Aqua park visitors will be able to try dishes from 2 restaurants and 2 outdoor, summer restaurants - said in an interview with "eKapija", Dragan Todorovic, the Director of hotel " Source ".
According to Todorovic, the construction of 2 tennis courts will begin in the next year, and basketball-handball court is planned to be a skating ring over the winter.
Turkish company "Polina" was in charge of the look of the aqua park, which will also provide the equipment. Construction work was entrusted to the Belgrade based "SM Net".
Tourist hotel complex "Source" in Arandjelovac, whose reconstruction began in November 2003, will be opened until the end of this year. The hotel will will have four stars and will spread on 24,606 m2.
According to the director of "The Source", hotel complex will have 2,000 m2 of "water mirrors", which means three outdoor pools and 6 closed.
According to earlier announcements, the accommodation capacities meet the needs of 637 guests, a modern wellness center will be able to receive 452 visitors, and besides a swimming pool it will have a Finnish sauna, Russian bath, Turkish bath and spa center. The hotel will possess seven multipurpose rooms, two restaurants, and bowling room with six tracks that will be located below the congress hall which will be able to receive 500 visitors.
