The property of MD Gradnja inzenjering transport in bankruptcy has been put up for sale at an initial price of RSD 67 million, the bankruptcy supervisor announced.
The lot that is going for RSD 47.5 million contains two facilities of more than 2,300 square meters in total and nearly two hectares of building land across several parcels.
A facility of 700 m2 and over three hectares of building land are offered for RSD 19 million.
The first public building for the property of this building construction company which has been in bankruptcy since 2018 has been scheduled for April 27.
