The Zagreb-based company Koncar EI has advertised the sale of the building it owns in the Belgrade center, and the public invitation for bids lasts until December 21.
According to the invitation, the minimum price for the building at 26 Kralja Petra Prvog Street is EUR 3.2 million, Jutarnji List writes.
The subject of the sale is an attractive three-story building in the Belgrade municipality of Stari Grad, and an attorney in Novi Sad has been hired for its sale.
Other data about the real estate are not publicly available and will be made available to the potential purchasers as part of the contest documentation.
Before they apply, they need to provide a banking guarantee of EUR 320,000, Jutarnji List writes.
In the first nine months of this year, the company had a growth of the total income of 12.9% compared to the same period in 2019.
The deadline for the submission of bids is December 21.
