The average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Serbia for the first six months of 2022 was RSD 166,764, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia stated. During that period the prices of dwellings ranged between RSD 47,514 per square meter in Tutin to RSD 395,633 in Belgrade municipality Savski Venac.
Observed by the municipalities, the highest prices of dwellings in new residential buildings were recorded in Belgrade municipalities, where the average price in city neighborhoods amounted to RSD 226,589. Aside from Belgrade, high prices we re also registered in Cajetina, Novi Sad, Vrnjacka Banja, Uzice, Kragujevac and in three Nis municipalities – Crveni Krst, Medijana and Palilula.
The average area of dwellings in new residential buildings was 54 m2 whereas it ranged between 40 m2 in Cajetina and 77 m2 in Bujanovac.
