The City of Novi Sad has offered the building of the Workers' University for sale again at the initial price of RSD 5,265,595.40. This is a building with 15 floors and 6,400 m2 of area at at 7 Vojvodjanskih Brigada Street, without a defined activity. It consists of the basement, the ground floor and 13 floors.
The building has 19 office spaces and 6,463.8 m2 of usable area.
In order to participate in the public bidding interested parties need to make a deposit of EUR 1 million.

purpose has already been put up for sale without success. The last time the initial price was EUR 5.83 million.
