No bids were sent in response to the public invitation for the purchase of Sava Centar, the City Administration of Belgrade confirmed for eKapija.
Let us remind that, in early August, the City of Belgrade opened a tender for the sale of Sava Centar, and the initial price of the real estate was EUR 27,420,000.
The ad cited the purchaser's obligation to pay out the entire sales and purchase price and carry out construction and finishing works on the adaptation and reconstruction in a total amount of no less than EUR 50 million within a period of five years.
The purchaser would also oblige not to change the purpose of the facility, which is congress tourism, considering that Sava Center has a protected status in that sense.
