Vracar to get residential building made of brick and marble in late 2020 – LP also planning construction of Hotel Nomad on Zlatibor
Late November or early December 2020 is the deadline for the completion of the construction of the residential facility Brick House in Vracar, in Bjelanoviceva Street.
This is a residential-office building, located in one of the most peaceful parts of the municipality of Vracar, isolated from the traffic noise, while being close to the highway and other main routes.
The villa has four floors (including a ground floor and a loft). It has nine large residential units, a business space and 14 garage spaces. As for the architecture, it is the facade that stands out with exclusively natural materials, such as brick and marble.
– In addition to the comfort and the luxury that characterize this building, one of its main advantages is privacy, which seems to be more and more needed these days – says Lazar Sutanovac, the founder and director of Lalinsky Properties, the investor in the building.
When asked why they decided to have only nine apartments in the building in the era of large residential complexes, Sutanovac says for eKapija that a smaller number of apartments makes it easier to connect with one's neighbors, making the living environment healthier and more pleasant.

– The experience and the practice have shown that clients are mostly looking for such apartments to live in them, rarely seeing them as an investment for the purpose of lease of re-sale, which is in line with our aims.
When it comes to the business space, he points out that the size and the structure make it suitable for any activity except for hospitality.
In addition to luxury residential facilities, Lalinsky Properties has been developing its activities for four years now in the domain of hotel business. As Lazar Sutanovac says, they will continue developing in that direction.
– The plan is to build Hotel Nomad on Zlatibor, which is already being designed, whereas, when it comes to residential facilities, we will remain focused on residential villas with a lower number of apartments in the next year as well.
