Construction of "Delta park" in Kragujevac - investment worth 25m EUR

Company "Delta" started construction of trade complex "Delta Park" today (December 2nd, 2009) in Kragujevac, in which 25m EUR will be invested.

The CEO of "Delta Real Estate", Dejan Racić, said that it was the first such park in Serbia and in the region to comprise trade facilities, and he added that the first phase would be finished in autumn 2010.

The first phase will include opening of hypermarket "Tempo" and the electronics, sports gear, footwear, toys and house equipment stores, while "Do-it-yourself" store will be opened in the second phase, in spring 2011.

The surface of the park will exceed 23,000 square meters, and about 600 people will be working in it.

Racić announced that "Delta" would also build such parks in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Podgorica, Banjaluka, Sarajevo and Skopje.
