The Directorate for Building Land and Investments of Novi Sad is looking for a company which will prepare the technical documentation for the removal of the facilities at 32 Radnicka Street through a public procurement procedure. These are two old buildings of the Albus factory, which moved to the industrial zone in the meantime. The plan is to build a business complex in this location.

– The facilities in these parcels are mostly emptied and out of function, except for a small part which is in use, but is also expected to be emptied. Nearly all the facilities are devastated, some have partially collapsed and have been switched off from all the installations – the documentation says.

The two facilities take up 1,050 m2 combined. According to the document, the yard is for the most part paved with concrete, and the parcel still features manholes, which have been emptied. There’s also the fence with metal columns and wire filling, a metal gate and the area is covered in shrubbery.

It is also said that the surrounding facilities need to be protected and that the project does not entail the removal of the plants, which have been here for several years.

The value of the preparation of the technical documentation has been estimated at slightly over RSD 200,000. Application deadline is August 30.
