City advertises new sale of parcel in Autokomanda – Initial price lowered to RSD 173 million

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has opened a new tender for the sale of the building land in the complex of the Autokomanda 2 office-commercial center, on the building parcel between Stefana Prvovencanog Blvd, Tabanovacka Street and Trise Kaclerovica Street, in the municipality of Vozdovac.

The area of the parcel, which is meant for the construction of an office-commercial facility, is 2,564 m2. The maximum number of floors allowed is 6 (including a ground floor and a loft), whereby the total height, excluding the loft, can be up to 20 meters and the total height of the facility can be 22 meters. The gross building area on the parcel is 7,692 m2.

The initial price of the parcel has been lowered from RSD 217 million to RSD 173,814,524. Interested purchasers may apply by July 25, 2019.

The public bidding will take place on July 26, at 11 am, at the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency.
