New Belgrade should get a new facility on May 1, 2020, called Park 11, which is being realized by Energoprojekt Holding a.d. with its subsidiaries as the company's own investment. Park 11 will take up 29,000 m2 in Block 11a, between Mihajla Pupina Blvd and Nikole Tesle Blvd. Surrounded by a complex of elite buildings, it is located in close proximity to the Danube and the Municipality of New Belgrade, the Kralja Aleksandra Elementary School, the Health Center and other urban features.
The construction began on September 1, 2018. A total of 134 apartments are being built, of various sizes, from 50 to 220 m2. The ground floor will feature various commercial and hospitality outlets, a total of 16 of them, and the underground levels will feature a parking lot with 208 spaces.
– The earth works and the construction of two underground levels have been completed. The works on the AB construction are in progress. The third floor is being built. The intermediate date for the completion of the construction is August 31, 2019. The total investment amounts to EUR 28 million, and the construction of the facility costs EUR 21 million – engineer Biljana Kaplarevic Marjanovic, the director of Energoprojekt Park 11 d.o.o, told eKapija.
She added that the sale of apartments, outlets and garages had begun back in October 2018, carried out directly by Energoprojekt. So far, nearly 50% of all real estate has been sold. Of the said 134 apartments, over 60 have been sold so far.
– The interest in Park 11 was great even before the sale began, which was to be expected considering the attractive location. The successful results of the sale in the phase preceding the completion of the facility by a year is the result of a remarkable functionality and modern apartment design, adapted to the current expectations of buyers, which was especially taken into consideration in designing the complex – Kaplarevic Marjanovic emphasizes.
Special attention was also paid to choosing the materials and the equipment, both for the facility itself and the individual apartments, our interviewee said.
– Our aim is to build a facility which meets the high criteria regarding quality and aesthetic architectural values. What sets Park 11 apart from the prestigious facilities it is surrounded by is the specially arranged plaza, which is ideal for relaxation and spending one's free time at.
