- This sports center is specific because it is the only of the kind in Serbia. Realization of construction of the complex will consist of three phases. The first phase anticipates construction of 4 football fields with natural grass, 2 training boxes with natural grass at 37,838 square meters, one football field with artificial grass, infrastructure, fence around the fields and protective fence around the complex. The tender for construction of football fields was announced on June 19th.
The bids of the contractors for construction of future hotel and accompanying facilities will be collected starting from mid-August. These facilities should be built in the second phase of construction, which anticipates development of the central block, office block, accommodation block, sport service, sports hall, technical block, infrastructure and tennis courts at 1,310 square meters. This phase also includes works on organization of the space around facilities, that is, junctions, parking lots, access plateau, park surfaces.
