Tendering for cheap apartments in Kraljevo and Kragujevac on Friday, March 1 – Public invitations for Belgrade, Novi Sad and Sremska Mitrovica soon

(Illustration) Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction Zorana Mihajlovic announced today that the tendering for the construction of 400 apartments for members of security forces in Kraljevo and Kragujevac would be opened on Friday.

– We plan to open public calls in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Sremska Mitrovica as well in the next month – Mihajlovic said at the media conference in Kraljevo.

She expects the construction of 3,000 to 4,000 apartments to start this year. The construction of cheap apartments in Vranje and Nis began on February 8.

The beginning of the construction of the first 186 apartments was marked by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Vranje, whereas the construction of 190 apartments in Nis began at the same time in the presence of Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic. The construction of a total of 376 apartments thereby began.

The first phase of the project entails the construction of a total of 8,022 apartments in Vranje, Nis, Kraljevo, Kragujevac, Novi Sad, Sremska Mitrovica and Belgrade.
