The Secretariat for Property and Legal Affairs opened the contest, offering 248 premises, offices and garages in municipalities from Vracar to Stari Grad and Zemun. The initial price of a square meter, as well as the deposit for the participation in the auction, depends on the zone. Offers may be submitted by January 30.
