The City Administration of Belgrade has decided to put office spaces throughout the city up for lease. The Secretariat for Property and Legal Affairs opened the contest, offering 248 premises, offices and garages in municipalities from Vracar to Stari Grad and Zemun. The initial price of a square meter, as well as the deposit for the participation in the auction, depends on the zone. Offers may be submitted by January 30.
The office premises offered vary in size and are located in Palilula, Zvezdara, Vracar, New Belgrade, Zemun, Vozdovac, Cukarica, Savski Venac and Stari Grad. The most expensive ones are those in the city's center, whereas the lowest initial prices are for warehouses and offices on the outskirts of the city, such as Zemun Polje.
