Lot near building of “Dnevnik” soon on auction - ZIG made plan for building land lease

The expert service of the City Development Institute of Novi Sad (ZIG) has prepared the plan for rental of building land in 2009.

- The website of the Institute contains the reviews of the locations that are already prepared for rental, while many locations are in different phases of preparations and they have not been presented on our website yet – said Tatjana Gašović, the Legal Adviser of the CEO of ZIG.

According to her words, unlike other cities in Serbia, Novi Sad can take pride in the fact that all the parcels in the offer are absolutely prepared and have all the necessary infrastructural facilities.

- Although the Dynamic Plan was made for the whole year, it is obvious that we are going to update it occasionally, in accordance with the needs expressed by investors. The realization of the plan will depend on the market terms, that is, the conditions dictated by the global economic crisis – said Gašovićeva.

One of the locations that will be soon advertised for rental is the one in the vicinity of the building of "Dnevnik".

- At the last auction, the investors expressed great interest in the locations in Oslobođenja Boulevard. They are also interested in construction of family residential facilities, and that is why we are going to advertise the lots in Veternik, Adice, Rumenka, Bukovac, Petrovaradin... – Ms. Gašović pointed out.

According to the Dynamic Plan, the parcels in Work zone Sever I (North I) and Sever II (North II) will be advertised for commercial activities during the next few months.

- When it comes to larger parcels, the Institute owns the locations above Novosadski Partizanski Odred Road and, in accordance with the investors’ requests, they can be merged into one. Such land complexes at more than 1 ha can also be found above Mileva Simić Street, alongside Rumenački Road and in the vicinity of Rimski šančevi – she told "Danas".

The date of the public auction for rental of such locations directly depends on the interest of potential investors and the outcome of the negotiations with the future investors.
