Filip Filipović bought Jugoexport’s outlet in Novi Sad for 54m RSD

The Privatization Agency announced that it had sold the outlet in Zmaj Jovina Street in Novi Sad, property of Belgrade-based “Jugoexport” in bankruptcy, for 54m RSD.

Total surface of the outlet is 73 square meters, so that the price of 740,000 RSD per square meter was reached at the auction, and it was offered by Filip Filipović from Belgrade. The starting price of the outlet was 21.3m RSD.

The auction for sale of "Jugoexport" building in Kolarčeva Street in Belgrade was unsuccessful because there were no interested buyers. The starting price of that building was 2.8 billion RSD.

At the previous auction, in December 2008, that building was offered for sale at the starting price of 4.2 billion RSD.
