“” from Belgrade to draw plans for new business facility of “Parking Servis” in Block 53, in New Belgrade

Some time ago, “Parking Servis” announced the tender for making of technical dossier for construction of the business facility of this company in Block 53, next to the Wholesale Market and hypermarket Tempo Cash&Carry. Overground gross developed building surface covers the area of 11,000 square meters, and this phase will include elaboration of the projects for demolishing of existing facilities, as well as preliminary and main project for new business facility (contents – office space, modern express restaurant, conference hall and office space for additional services)

The plans will be drawn by Belgrade-based architectural and engineering company “”, of which address is 29 Cerska Street.

By the way, the Complex is situated in block 53 in New Belgrade between traffic arteries T6 and 1-1.

The following objects of different functions have been built on the building site no 2, area 67 000 square meters:

  • The entrance part with business premises, 600 m2.
  • Daily care service, 540 m2
  • Car pool service, 1100 m2
  • Customs warehouse, 1200 m2
  • Restaurant, 300 m2
  • Freight vehicles parking space, 8 437 m2
  • Individual cars parking space, 924 m2
  • Boiler house, 35 m2
  • Two new customs warehouses are being built of total area 1 458, 35 + 1594,36 m2, with two floors.

    The planned functions of the sites and objects

    The following functions of the sites and objects have been planned:

    • traffic areas (access roads and parking places for cars and freight vehicles)
    • areas intended for the activities in which scope the following objects have been built: administrative and control buildings, vehicle maintenance services, warehouses (they include a new business object of 5000 m2, 2 warehouses of 2930 m2 currently under construction and 2 new warehouses of 3000 m2)
    • free areas (pedestrian and green)
