Swiss investors to have hotels built in spa resort Pribojska Banja – investment fund willing to invest 7m EUR

Spa resort Pribojska Banja near Priboj has become a very attractive location for potential investors, so that Swiss investors have expressed interest in this sanatorium and construction of a high-category hotel complex in it.

The representatives of investment fund "Antenna Consulting" from Switzerland and the Ministry of Diaspora have spoken recently to bishop Filaret about procurement of 15 ha of land that is owned by Serbian Orthodox Church, as well as to the most responsible people in the Municipality of Priboj about investments in spa resort Pribojska Banja.

Swiss investors are interested in financing construction of up-to-date hotel complex at 15 ha of land between the swimming pool complex – former RH center under construction – and ethno settlement. The investors from Switzerland are willing to invest about 7m EUR in this project. Preliminary project and justification study will be elaborated the first and, if everything goes as planned, construction of hotel complex should start at the end of the next year.

"Antenna consulting" has hotels in France, Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
