“Multicon Engineering” draws plans for construction of residential-business facility in Kragujevac

Company "Multicon Engineering" from Belgrade (www.multicon-engineering.com) has announced that it signed the contract in January with certain international investment fund for drawing of plans and supervision of works on construction of a residential-business facility in Kragujevac.

The complex with 25,000 square meters of residential-office space and 5,000 square meters of indoor parking lot will be built on an attractive location, in the vicinity of future business center "Plaza" in Kragujevac.

According to the plan, the complex will include 289 apartments whose size will range between 60 and 65 square meters, as well as parking lot for tenants and office space owners.
