Government of Republic of Srpska gave additional time to "Delta" to pay the price for "Boska"

On January 28, 2009, the Government of Republic of Srpska gave one-month extension to Belgrade-based consortium “Delta-Zekstra” to pay the purchase price of Department Store “Boska”. It was decided that the new deadline for fulfillment of the obligation from the sales contract should be February 28th.

- "Delta-Zekstra" stated in its request that the economic crisis made the collecting of money very difficult for them – Vera Sajić, the Head of the Government PR Bureau, confirmed after the meeting of the Government.

The final deadline for payment of 3m EUR for 58% of capital of this department store was January 26th.

According to some earlier announcements, this consortium should invest minimum 40m EUR in reconstruction of "Boska". The offer in this department store is, currently, very small, and the workers are owed several salaries.
