MULTICON Engineering draws plans for "Holiday Inn" hotel in Kragujevac

At the end of year 2008, Belgrade-based company MULTICON Engineering (www.multicon-engineering.com) had contracted to draw the plans for "Holiday Inn“ hotel in Kragujevac. Total surface of this luxury five-storey building with four stars will be about 7,500 square meters, and the hotel will be situated at the very entrance to the city, next to Bubanj lake.

According to the plan, the hotel will have 126 rooms (5 of which for people with disabilities), as well as 12 suites. The facility will include a congress center at 630 square meters, restaurants, cafe, fitness hall and other contents that can be usually found in a business hotel of this brand.

The project anticipates construction of 122 parking places for hotel guests.
