"Genex tower" on sale on February, 20th - strating price is 20,8 million euros

Agency for privatization announced public invitation for participation on tender for the sale of "Genex tower" owned by "Generalexport" in restructure.

Deadline for submission of participation applications in February,12th, and public auction will be held on February, 20t, 2009 in the Agency for privatization.

Starting price for "Genex tower", garage and adapted loft within it, is 20,8 million euros, and the potential buyer will have to make a deposit of 2,08 million euros, as it was published in the announcement of Agency's website.

Right for participation in this purchase have all domestic and foreign individuals who purchased selling documentation, made a payment of deposit or submitted a guarantee for participation at this auction.

The buyer of this real estate can not be a domestic company involved with majority social capital, or company/individual who has unsettled obligations towards the seller, nor dependent societies of the seller, nor a convicted individual or someone being prosecuted for criminal acts.

The buyer can make 6 annual payments of the price, and by signing of the contract, he will be obligated to hire 61 workers.

In the announcement also stands exact data of the property on sale, being 15.879 square meters in total, while the garages spread on 6.445 square meters, and adapted office premises in the loft of the tower take 216 square meters.
