International Real Estate and Investment Expo "BelRe" opened in Belgrade

The third international real estate and investment expo "BelRe" has been opened at the Belgrade Fair today (October 30, 2008) and it will last until November 1st.

As the organizers announced, the trade fair that is "the most important event in the regional real estate market" will gather investors, landowners, developers, advisers, architects and contractors from Serbia, Bulgaria, Spain, Italy and Russia.

The Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning of Serbia, Oliver Dulić, opened the expo and said on that occasion that it would be the right place for constructive talks about global financial crisis that would definitely influence the economy of the whole region.

- Every big global financial crisis is extremelly challenging, but it also represents an opportunity for some small economies to become more attractive. This is a chance for Serbia to find some better position for itself - Dulić pointed out.

The Executive Manager of "Block 67 Associates", Slobodan Mihajlović, says that this year's Real Estate and Investment Expo will make it possible for all those who make decision about real estate market to meet and exchange their business ideas.

According to his words, "BelRe" is the ideal opportunity for foreign investors and all those who plan to invest in real estates to obtain all necessary information at one place.

The patrons of "BelRe" expo are the city of Belgrade, Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) and prince Aleksandar and his wife Katarina, while the general sponsor is "Block 67 Associates".

The expo will be organized in Hall 3 of the Belgrade Fair and the doors will be open between 10 AM and 6 PM. The price of the one-day ticket is 600 RSD.
