Across the road from "Belgrade Arena", in Block 26, construction of four 42-storey towers, 185 meters high, should start in two years. In addition to exclusive apartments, these towers will host banks, two hotels and a trade center. The investor is Israeli company CEE, and the whole project is worth 0.5 billion EUR.

The highest towers in this part of Europe will be erected at the exclusive land, across the road from "Belgrade Arena", near the new business buildings of "Grawe Insurance" and future "Bluehouse center", in the vicinity of the Church of St. Simeon Mirotočivi. A modern residential-business and hotel complex, the first of the kind in Europe, will be built at 460,000 square meters of land.

A big trade center will occupy the first three floors. The first and the second will be reserved for exclusive stores, while cinemas, coffee shops and fun contents will be situated on the third floor. There will be a large sail boat suspending from the ceiling on the last floor and, as the Israeli assume, that sail boat is going to be the symbol of the Belgrade towers. A great balcony and a garden will be built on the fourt floor, while the four towers will be developed above them.

- If everything goes as planned, the project could be finished in five years. This is a serious investment and the first project of the kind in our country - says Miodrag Zečević, Executive Marketing Manager in company "Energoprojekt", which will be the contractor.

The planning documentation has already been completed and submitted to the City Planning Secretariat. The Israeli have designed the preliminary solution, while tens of millions of euros will be set aside for elaboration of the main project. CEE hired British company "Sir Norman Foster", the biggest in that domain in Europe, to do that job.
