Two hotels in Sokobanja for sale - auction for "Lepterija" on November 28

Privatization Agency has announced that it will offer 70% of capital of hotel-tourist company "Lepterija" from Sokobanja for sale on auction on November 28 at the starting price of about 210m RSD. The deadline for submission of applications is November 20th.

The condition for participation in the auction is the documentation purchased at the price of 40,000 RSD and the paid deposit of about 105m RSD.

Total estimated value of the capital that will be privatized is about 875m RSD (10.8m EUR), and the new owner will have to invest minimum 14.4m RSD in that company.

Hotel-tourist company "Lepterija" owns 126,883 square meters of land, while its most important property includes hotels "Zdravljak" and "Turist", the building of restaurant "Čoka", as well as football, handball and tennis fields.
