"Global Finance International Limited“ announced construction of nearly 200,000 square meters of office and residential space in Kragujevac and Belgrade

The branch office of Greek investment company in Belgrade, company "Global Finance International Limited“, has announced two exceptional projects in Serbia. According to the words of Dušan Kovačević, the CEO of the office in Serbia, Global Finance has recently bought an attractive land in Kragujevac, in the vicinity of future complex Plaza Kragujevac.

- We have recently bought 3 parcels at total surface of 3.7 ha in housing project Stara Radnička Kolonija in Kragujevac where we intend to have residential-business facilities built – Kovačević explained.

He added that the project was not finished yet and that the commencement of construction works was expected in 2009.

Kovačević also announced another big investment - development of luxurious residential facilities in Belgrade.

As he explained, these facilities will be built on the location of "Novi dom“, in Voždovac, in Vojvode Stepe Street, in the vicinity of the Faculty of Transportation.

Works on that location should start in mid-2009.
