GIP "Hidrotehnika-Beogradgradnja" is looking for co-financers for construction of 4 business-residential objects in Belgrade, on total of 11.445 sqm

GIP "Hidrotehnika-Beogradgradnja" is planning a construction of 4 business-residential objects in Belgrade, on total surface area of 11.445 sqm, and they are looking for co-financers.

Namely, because of financial situation of the company, and based on adopted Reorganization plan of the company, they will build with the co-financers 2 objects in Slavija, on 4.714 sqm, and 2.764 sqm. It is also in plan to construct an object in Vozdovac (Vojvode Stepe No.135), of 1.989 sqm in total, as well as one in Ustanicka St., which will be on 1.977,41 sqm.

The Assembly made of the creditors of this construction company, which is in bankruptcy, had reached a decision on June, 22nd, 2008, about reorganization of the company and beginning of works, in order to make payments of the creditors' means, and on this occassion they chose the President of this Assembly, Sreta Pramenko.
