Company ABD claims it has building permit for construction of complex in Rajićeva Street in Belgrade - preparations officially started

Company ABD has announced that it started preparations for construction of trade center, luxurious hotel and garages in Rajićeva Street.

Company ABD, which is a part of Israeli company Ashtrom International, stated that it had right to use building land on that location according to the contract and permits issued by the authorized institutions.

It is added that, according to the Solution about approval of construction, the first phase will see construction of a complex at 46,000 square meters. Preparation works will last for about 6 months and they will include cleaning of the site, relocation of existing installations and construction of supporting walls.
