The City Administration of Belgrade has advertised the public auction for lease of office space in several locations in the city, to be held on November 6.
As many as 215 facilities in Karaburma, Mirijevo, Palilula, Zemun, New Belgrade, Dusanovac, Vozdovac, Cukaricka Padina, Vracar, Stari Grad, Rakovica, Miljakovac and other parts of the city are to be leased.
Among the items offered are outlets in Bezistan, Terazije, which cost at least RSD 1,575 per square meter, as well as those in the “Albania” foot passage, offices in the Milutina Milankovica Street and the Mihajla Pupina Blvd in New Belgrade and offices in the Belgrade Palace. The lowest lease price is that for a warehouse in Knezevac – RSD 141.60 per m2.
The lease prices, as the ad states, are defined in line with activity zones. Space in outlets and warehouses belonging to the extra zone are increased by 50%, except for those used for trade shops, art galleries, as well as local warehouses and warehouses located in the passage. This zone, according to the list of advertised facilities, contains outlets in the Glavna Street in Zemun, the Kralja Aleksandra Blvd, the Belgrade Palace, the Kneza Milosa Street, the Kralja Milana Street, as well as the said outlets in Bezistan.
The lease contracts are to be signed for a period of 10 years. Applications may be submitted by November 1, and they need to be accompanied by a receipt of payment of the deposit and the administrative fee, which amounts to RSD 1,220.
