Hotel in Rajiceva Street to open in first quarter of 2018 – MAMA Shelter to arrive to Belgrade

The official opening of the Rajiceva Shopping Center in Belgrade is scheduled for September 14, whereas the hotel within this complex will open in the next phase – during the first quarter of 2018, Turisticki Svet learns.

The hotel will be named MAMA Shelter Belgrade and have four stars and 125 rooms, meant for tourists and business guests.

– MAMA Shelter Belgrade will be located in the main pedestrian zone of the Serbian capital. Its rooms will provide guests will all the comforts of a home, featuring spacious beds and meeting all the needs of a modern digital age, including free movies, a photo booth, fast wireless internet... The offer also includes rooms for business meetings and a meeting place where guests will be able to be creative and to socialize – says ABD, a member of the Ashtrom Group, one of the leading construction groups in the field of real estate trade in Israel.

The hotel will include a restaurant and a bar on the roof, a pizza place, an ice-cream place, an eclectic, an open cinema and a fireplace, conference halls, an underground parking lot...

The hotel will be run by the MAMA Shelter Group, whose portfolio includes 677 rooms, 6 restaurants and 450 employees in six cities in three countries. Its concept was created by the Trigano family and their strategy entails positioning in cities' centers.

The investor, the Ashtrom Group, invested around EUR 80 million in this complex located at the end of the Kneza Mihaila Street. Once the shopping center and the hotel are open, around a 600 workers will be hired, 100 of which will be employed at the hotel.
