Public insight into draft land utilization plan for part of Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard – Block D6

The draft land utilization plan for part of Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard – Block D6, has been put on public display in the premises of the City Administration, 43-45 27. marta Street, as well as in the premises of the borough of Zvezdara prior to September 19, while the public presentation is scheduled for August 21st, at 2 PM, in the big hall of this borough.

The draft plan includes the area limited by Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard, Bračka Street and Voje Veljkovića Street, to the crossroads with Ustanička Street. Land utilization plan is focused on the surface of about 7.3 ha, 3.3 ha of which is public building land. Part of the public building land is intended for traffic and pedestrian surfaces, as well as for measuring-regulation station. The remaining building land, which is divided into zones, is intended for residence and business and commercial activities.

Comments on the suggested solutions can be submitted to the Secretariat for City Planning and Construction Works, which is authorized to carry out the procedure for putting the land-utilization plans in effect.
