In less than 10 days, two shopping centers will open on the territory of the City of Belgrade. On Thursday, September 14, the Rajiceva shopping center, located in the very center of the Serbian capital, and the StopShop retail park in Lazarevac, will welcome their first customers.
The shopping center in the heart of Belgrade will have entrances from three streets, Kneza Mihaila, Kralja Petra and Uzun Mirkova Streets, and take up 15,300 square meters, featuring over 80 outlets.
The value of this Israeli investment owned by the Ashtrom Group is EUR 80 million, and its realization will lead to the employment of 400 workers. The shopping center, along with a luxury hotel and 450 underground parking spaces, will take up around 60,000 square meters.
The StopShop retail park in Lazarevac is the fourth structure built in Serbia by the Austrian real estate company
IMMOFINANZ.
The construction started in May, and, as it was announced at the time, it will feature around 10,000 square meters of commercial space and nearly 160 parking spaces. It will feature a total of 23 outlets, and around 300 people will be employed.
In 2017, another two StopShop facilities will open in Serbia, more precisely, in Vrsac and Pozarevac.
