For a long time now, the subject of general interest expressed by professional engineering audience, as well as by the entire public, is the completion of the investment venture of company CA IMMO in New Belgrade. That is a modern business unit made of two buildings – twins that are connected to each other at their lower floors. This should finally be the first modern A-class office space intended for the lease market.

Located only 15 minutes of slow driving away from both the Belgrade airport and the centre of the City on the right bank of the Sava, in the very centre of an urbanity whole, Savograd will put a special architectonic-urbanity mark on the capital of Serbia. This location, which is positioned on the crossroads of transportation corridors Vienna/Zagreb and Sofia/Thessaloniki and includes three Belgrade’s boulevards in the vicinity of three bridges, guarantees insurmountable advantages of the quality of business. Neighboured by vast green surfaces and situated near the confluence of the Sava into the Danube, standing next to two existing hotels and the third one whose construction is about to start, this business block is recommended for the headquarters of the largest foreign companies operating in Serbia whose names are famous all over the world.
The two business buildings, parts of the unit called SBC, are the only Class A buildings in Belgrade with the high-quality equipment. They serve as an example of the modern architecture that is completely integrated into the environment. Both towers have total of 35,241.33 square meters of space with all surfaces above and under the ground. In addition to the ground floor and the mezzanine floor, there are another 8 levels of office space above and two garage levels under the ground. The renters will be offered more than 310 parking places at these two levels with two different access roads, as well as about 80 outdoor parking places. In that way, this complex will have the solution to all relevant problems with parking in the area around the business buildings. will be backed by the central access control in the buildings.
Every tower will have two elevators for 8 people (630 kg) each and two lifts that can hold 12 people. The three of these four elevators will be carrying people from the garage floor to the highest floor, while the fourth one will be moving only from the ground floor to the roof.
Lighting and power supply cables satisfy the highest standards of quality. Low-voltage installations are integrated into the state-of-the-arts telecommunication systems. The plan is also to enable possibility of distribution of radio and TV signals in the whole complex.
