Rehabilitation center "Gornja Trepča" on auction on September 5

- The auction for sanatorium and rehabilitation center "Gornja Trepča" is schedulled for September 5. The starting price will be 126m RSD - Privatization Agency of Serbia announced.

The most important property of Sanatorium "Gornja Trepča" is a dispensary station with 108 beds and clinic, restaurant, baths for treatment with spa water and total of 12.4 ha of land.

The buyer will be obliged to invest minimum 6m RSD in "Gornja Trepča", and the deadline for submission of applications for participation in the auction is August 28.

Spa resort Gornja Trepča is situated in the vicinity of Čačak and it operates in field of tourism, hotel management and mineral water production.

According to the data provided by the Business Registry Agency, company "Gornja Trepča" registered incomes worth 81.8m RSD in 2007, while the profit amounted to about 10m RSD. The company's capital was worth 84m RSD.
