"Vienna Insurance" to start construction of 42m EUR worth of business building in New Belgrade tomorrow (June 18)

"Vienna Insurance" group will commence works on construction of business building, worth 42m EUR, tomorrow (June 18, 2008).

The modern business building will have more than 16,000 square meters of office space on the overground floors and about 160 parking places in the garage.

Major part of the space in future "VIG Plaza" will be used by insurance company "Wiener Stadtische", while the rest of the commercial space will be rented.

High level of automation puts the future eight-floor building in the category of "intelligent buildings". Management of the facility by means of central control system with the focus on energy efficiency will provide safe, comfortable and pleasant work space. In addition to energy saving, the system will significantly reduce pollution.

Business center "VIG PLAZA" will be settled at the corner of Umetnosti Boulevard and Mihaila Pupina Boulevard.
