The Municipality of Cajetina has opened a public invitation for the expropriation of building land in Cajetina, Mackat and Zlatibor.
The land in question consists of a 500-m2 parcel in Cejtina, 22 parcels of 450 to 6,600 m2 in Zlatibor and a 6,547-m2 in Mackat.
The parcel in Mackat is being expropriated as undeveloped building land, whereby the future investor obliges to perform certain works on developing the land at its own expense and to contract and pay for expenses of the infrastructure and connections to the infrastructure with the companies in charge. The remaining property is developed construction land.
The starting prices range from RSD 1,075,000 for the parcel in Cajetina to RSD 151,800,000 for the biggest parcel in Zlatibor.
The ad remains open for 30 days from the date of the placement, and bids are submitted to the Municipality of Cajetina. The time and the place of the opening of the bids will be announced later.
