State to sell army facilities again – Complexes throughout Serbia auctioned at considerably reduced prices

The state is once again selling a part of army facilities not necessary for the functioning of the Serbian Armed Forces through collection of written bids, this time at even lower prices.

The most expensive item is the NH Zarko Zrenjanin barracks in Vrsac, containing 40 facilities with 14,898.67 m2 in total, among which are the head office building, the Soldiers' Club, a fitness facility, warehouses, garages, a soldiers' residence, a canteen, a kitchen with a dining room, guardhouses... The starting price has been lowered to around EUR 2.9 million.

The price of land within the military complex in Zrenjanin of nearly 15,000 m2, is EUR 44,716.

The starting price of the military complex Novi Dobocas, warehouse in Irig, containing 22 facilities with a total of 1,861.86 m2, is EUR 253,407.

Another item in Irig is the military complex Beketovo, consisting of six facilities of 675.45 m2, among which are explosive and ammunition storage, a kitchen, a housing building, a guardhouse, whose starting price is EUR 245,224.

The military complex Jabuka in Pancevo, with 19 ha and 4,723 m2, is being sold again at the starting price of EUR 382,281.

In Kraljevo, the items for sale are the military complexes Ratina and Poljci, as well as the ignition fuel storage Vitanovac.

Other items are the Kadinjaca barracks in Valjevo, the Zabrdje military complex in Petrovac. the Put-Izvor-Zeleznicka Stanica military complex in Pirot, the Azanja warehouse in Smederevska Palanka and the Kulinovci warehouse in Cacak.

The bid submission deadline is April 22, 2017.
