Construction of Lidl retail store in Vozdovac begins

Two years after it purchased the land, Germany's Lidl started building a retail store in Vozdovac. The workers who are preparing the ground have entered the plot of land at BB Save Maskovica Street in Trosarina, and the facility should be completed by late September.

The ground floor and the first floor of the store will have a combined area of 2,393 square meters.

– The plan is to raise several stores in Belgrade, but no matter when the construction is completed in these locations, no Lidl store will open before 2018 – the company says.

The construction works are being carried out by Termomont, professional supervision has been put in charge of CRE International, whereas the project has been prepared by Folic Architects.

In addition to Vozdovac, Lidl stores are being raised in Vidikovac, Borca and Zvezdara.
