Partner Manager of the Vozdove Kapije project, Gili Dekel, stated that he was “happy to have the opportunity to present the residential-office complex, another successful project of the Israeli company Shikun & Binui Group, which they will start building at the end of this month”.
– We will build homes for more than 700 families on over 70,000 square meters, thereby setting the standard of comfortable city life. Thanks to the successful cooperation with representatives of the City of Belgrade and the Government of the Republic of Serbia, we've managed to become leaders in the real estate market, which makes me especially proud – Dekel stated.
The representatives of the Israeli company and Ambassador of Israel to Serbia Alona Fischer expressed their satisfaction over the investment, and City Manager Goran Vesic pointed out that all investors were welcome to Belgrade and that the City and the Government of Serbia would do everything in their power to help them.
Shikun &Binui Group has been operating since 1924. Nowadays, it is the leading company in construction and realization of infrastructural projects in Israel, and it also operates abroad. They earned the trust of the local public when they built the residential-office complex Central Garden, the first condominium in the center of Belgrade.
The complex is to be built in several phases, and the first one, which will begin by the end of February, will entail the construction of residential units. The construction of the complex is supported by
Raiffeisen Bank, and exclusive sale of apartments has been put in charge of CBRE Serbia.
