The municipality of Cajetina has put 24 plots of land in the first and the second zones of Zlatibor, as well as one each in Cajetina and Mackat, up for sale. The starting price of the largest parcel (6.5 ha) in the first Zlatibor zone is around RSD 151 million.
The president of the municipality of Cajetina, Milan Stamatovic, says for eKapija that there’s great interest in land in Zlatibor. The majority of interested investors come from Serbia, Montenegro and Republika Srpska, but there are also those from Russia. The Russians are interested in larger plots of land in wider zones.
– It’s cheaper for investors to buy land from the municipality, as the price is determined by the Tax Administration, whereas private owners sell land at prices higher than average – Stamatovic says.
The municipality of Cajetina issued 100 building permits in Zlatibor last year, including the permits for seven parcels it had sold itself.
Let us remind that a 2 ha parcel not far from the
Palisad hotel was sold in one of the past auctions at the price of EUR 800,000.
The public invitation for the sale of these parcels lasts until January 30, 2017.
